Geary Chew provides mentorship in the area of mechanical design, CAD, and machining, and he has been a part of Aragon Robotics since 2007. Mr. Chew has previous experience as a manufacturing development engineer and has also worked in the research and development and process automation field. He decided to join Aragon Robotics because he wanted to play a role in molding and nurturing the future generation. His hobbies include robotics, home automation for security and lightning, electro-mechanical integration, wood and metal working, and much more.
Craig Sipple is a geometry and algebra teacher at Aragon High School. He has served as the teacher advisor for Aragon Robotics since the 2016-2017 season. Mr. Sipple provides mentorship in team management, strategy, and coaching. Outside of robotics, Mr. Sipple enjoys politics, and he would throw election parties on Election Day.
Erick Gadala has been a mentor for Aragon Robotics since 2017. He is employed as an IT Director at Franklin Templeton Investments in San Mateo, CA and has over 15 years of experience leading technology teams to deliver software changes and system support for a variety of systems. His role as mentor to the team is focused on guiding the team on business, organizational management, leadership, and planning. With his guidance, the team has been able to secure more grants, modify how the team is organized, and develop plans for the upcoming season. In his spare time, he enjoys watching sports, golfing, hiking, traveling, and socializing with friends and family.
Bryant Wong serves as an Aragon Robotics mentor focusing on administrative, logistics, and operational matters. Professionally, he is the Head of Finance of a Silicon Valley Medical Device Company. Outside of work and robotics, he serves as a Director of the Aragon Asian Parent Group, Committee Chair of Boy Scout Troop 47, former Director of Bayside STEM Academy PTSA and former Chair of the Foster City Education Committee.
